WHERE DO I RECORD?

Colton Fenley’s Vocal Booth is surrounded by soundproof fabric along the walls and soundproof panels on the ceiling of the booth. The doorway is covered in a thick soundproof blanket to make sure no sound can go in or out.

His current mic is a Neumann TLM 103 with a Focusrite Scarlett Solo 3rd Gen Audio Interface. He currently uses the software Audacity to edit his recordings.

Colton Fenley also has access to Noise Music Studio that has state of the art equipment. The studio consists of a recording booth as well as an editing booth to ensure the best quality of sound.

The current mic inside of the studio is an AKG C414 with a UAD Twin-Finity 710 Preamp. The studio also uses a UAD 1176 compressor.
